Mrs BC’s Tutor Room is running a focused Non-Verbal Reasoning Workshop, perfect preparation for Year 4s and 'the final polish' for all Year 5 students preparing for the 11+ exam! 📅 Date: Sunday, 7th July ⏰ Time: 9:30 – 11:30 AM 📍 Venue: Cofton Village Hall, B45 💷 Fee: £35 per student What’s Involved: This engaging 2-hour session is designed for Year 4 & 5 students to boost their confidence and skills in Non-Verbal Reasoning—a key component of the 11+ tests. ✅ Tackle a variety of GL-style NVR question types in a small, friendly group ✅ Learn to decode patterns, spot differences, and apply logic quickly ✅ Improve speed, accuracy, and visual reasoning through expert strategies ✅ Enjoy interactive, confidence-boosting learning in a supportive setting Why This Workshop? 🌟 Led by a specialist tutor with 20+ years of experience in 11+ success 🌟 Helps students feel prepared and positive about tackling tricky NVR questions 🌟 Practical, hands-on learning that complements 1:1 tuition and mocks 📌 Spaces are limited to 15—book early to secure your place. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Single Examinations: - NO changes to exam sessions or times can be made within 14 days of the exam date. - Cancellations made up to 14 days in advance will receive a 100% refund. - Cancellations made within 14 days of the exam date will NOT be issued a refund. Cancellations: Multiple exams/package bookings/online groups with full half-term bookings: - Cancellations to multiple exam bookings can only be made within the first 14 days of purchase. After this time, if your child is unable to attend an exam, we will transfer your booking to a classroom-based mock exam at our tuition centre in Cofton Hackett, to be held at a mutually agreed time. - If for any reason we cannot hold an event, due to situations that are beyond our control, our in-person events will take place online and no refund will be provided. - No refunds will be issued for cancellation of online groups for full half-term bookings once sessions for that half-term have started. Cancellation: Workshops - Workshops are fully refundable up to and including the 14th day from booking. They are non-refundable after this time and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Cancellation of Ad-Hoc Online Sessions: - Up to 24 hours in advance: Sessions can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours in advance. - Less than 24 hours in advance: If cancelled between 12-24 hours in advance, sessions will be refunded at 50% of the fee paid (eg. a refund of £20 would be given for an original session fee of £40) If cancelled between 6-12 hours in advance, sessions will be refunded at 25% of the fee paid (eg. a refund of £10 would be given for an original session fee of £40) - No refunds are issued under the following circumstances: a) The session is cancelled with less than 6 hours' notice. b) The session was originally booked only 6 or less hours in advance. Refunds: - We aim to issue refunds within 7 days of confirmation of cancellation. This cancellation/refund policy is specific to this service (Mrs BC's Tutor Room and/or 11+ Mock Examinations Service) and, due to the fundamental difference in how this service is operated and disseminated, the cancellations/refund policy specific to the mock examinations service takes precedence over any other cancellation policy issued by Birmingham 11+ Mock Examinations Services or by Mrs BC's Tutor Room. All other Terms and Conditions remain the same.
