1:1 Online Tutoring: Ad-Hoc

Service Description

Use this 1-hour session for whatever purpose you need: KS1, KS2, KS3, GCSE, 11+ or common entrance exams. * Consider booking this ad-hoc session to help clarify a topic, or for a bit of last-minute revision. * Consider booking as part of an ongoing tutoring programme. Sessions delivered via Zoom. Meeting entry details will be sent once payment has been made. You will receive a confirmation email that payment has been made. Please await a later email which will detail your personal Zoom meeting details for your chosen appointment slot. Cancellations/Refunds: Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance = full refund Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours in advance = 50% refund Cancellation between 12 and 6 hours in advance = 25% refund Cancellation less than 6 hours in advance = 0% refund This cancellation/refund policy is specific to this service (1:1 Online Tutoring: Ad-Hoc, purchased remotely via website) and, due to the fundamental difference in how this service is operated and disseminated, the cancellations/refund policy above takes precedence over the cancellation policy written in the attached Terms and Conditions. All other Terms and Conditions remain the same.

Cancelation Policy

Up to 24 hours in advance: Sessions can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours in advance: If cancelled between 12-24 hours in advance, sessions will be refunded at 50% of the fee paid (eg. a refund of £20 would be given for an original session fee of £40) If cancelled between 6-12 hours in advance, sessions will be refunded at 25% of the fee paid (eg. a refund of £10 would be given for an original session fee of £40) No refunds are issued under the following circumstances: a) The session is cancelled with less than 6 hours' notice. b) The session was originally booked only 6 or less hours in advance.
